When i went to Optimus Alive!09 i could complete, not only the goal "Go to a summer festival" but also this one: "Assist to, at least to, one international band show".
So, from all the bands i saw on friday, i will chose Placebo for this post!

After a great friday assisting to the amazing shows at Optimus Alive!09, i drove from Lisbon to Caldas da Rainha (the city where i studied at the university) to have a big saturday night dinner, with a lot of my old friends and coleagues.
It was great to see all of them, to know all the news, what are they doing, where are they living, how they look now, 6 years after we finish it.
We all had a nice time together and we decided to have one of these reunion dinners every year, from now on, so i'm looking forward next year to arrive.

Last weekend was really productive to complete some goals from this list and also was great to do different things, meet old friends and have a lot of fun.
So for the first time in my life i went to a summer festival.
I went with my friend A.
We went in the second day (friday, July 10) of Optimus Alive!09 and it was really great!
We assisted to many shows but we couldn't assist to all of them that day.
Placebo and The Prodigy were absolutely amazing, The Kooks and Blasted Mechanism were also great!
Unfortunately we cound't assist to The Ting Tings show (because it was happening at the same time than The Prodigy).
I hope next year's bands continue to be great (as they were this and in the past editions of Optimus Alive!) because i'm looking forward to going again!
